We want every Capcho beanie to bring you comfort, softness, and complete satisfaction. However, if you change your mind, you can return your order with ease. You have 14 days after reception to send back your product, provided it is intact, unworn, and in its original condition. A flat fee of €4 is applied for processing the return. • unworn,
• unwashed,
• and returned in its original condition.

This allows us to guarantee hygiene, quality, and fairness for all our customers.

Return fees

A flat fee of €4 is charged for processing the return. The amount will be automatically deducted from your refund.
