Our Story

Capcho was born between the Alps and the Himalayas. In the markets of Savoie, we were looking for a truly warm hat. In Nepal, we met artisans whose craftsmanship and humanity touched us. Since then, we have been working directly with a family workshop and independent knitters, in a fair and sustainable relationship. Capcho unites Alpine culture and Nepalese craftsmanship to create warm, authentic, and meaningful hats.

Design

Each Capcho beanie combines Nepalese craftsmanship with contemporary urban inspiration. Hand-knitted designs meet soft, timeless colors, designed to accompany you through winter with elegance and simplicity.

Manufacturing

Our beanies are handmade in Nepal, respecting local know-how. In Kathmandu, Saraswati's workshop takes care of the finishing touches, while some fifty knitters work from home, supported by Maya and Sita. This simple and human organisation allows each person to work at their own pace and guarantees authentic, durable, and carefully crafted pieces.
