Returns and Refunds
We want every Capcho beanie to bring you comfort, softness, and complete satisfaction. However, if you change your mind, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your order.
Return Request
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us before this deadline at the following address:
Please provide your order number and the items you wish to return. We will then provide you with the return address and instructions. After informing us of your decision, you have an additional 14 calendar days to ship your return.
Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned:

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend choosing a tracked shipping method and keeping your proof of shipment until the refund is issued.
If you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us before returning it. In this case, Capcho will cover the return shipping costs.
Refund
Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original order. This includes the price of the returned items and, when applicable, the standard delivery costs of the order.
We may delay the refund until the returned items are received or until proof of shipment is provided.
